This Viral Video Will Give You Chills

I'm not gonna lie, I originally overlooked this video while scrolling through the abyss that is my Facebook Newsfeed. So many videos are vying for my attention that this just seemed like one I could gloss over. But, after seeing it in one post after another, I caved and watched it and let me tell you, I'm so glad I did.

The video opens with a couple on an abandoned subway station. There are no words exchanged between the two, and they engage in complex choreography that travels across the platform. To me, the video is about a couple struggling to move forward in their relationship and ultimately deciding to move on despite still having feelings for each other. The chemistry between the two dancers is practically tangible, and it's amazing how movement alone can inspire so much emotion into a viewer.

The story is relatable, the choreography is breath-taking, and the technical prowess of both dancers elevates the video to the callibre of So You Think You Can Dance. If there was an Emmy category for "Best Choreography in an Internet Video", this video would win.
